Sashimi is fish served without rice. Its estimate mainly depends on the fish and the size of the slice.
Common sashimi
Fattier fish such as salmon generally have more calories per slice than lean tuna or sea bass.
Sauces and dressings are not included in the slice and should be counted separately.
