All-you-can-eat sushi calories: guide and calculator
An all-you-can-eat dinner can vary widely with rice, sauces, fried dishes, and quantities. The most useful estimate comes from adding what you actually ate.
What changes the estimate
Simple sashimi and nigiri are usually easier to estimate. Uramaki with cream cheese, mayonnaise, or tempura have wider ranges.
Count individual pieces where possible, then add drinks, sauces, and hot dishes separately.
| Choice | Indicative range |
| Sashimi | 24–52 kcal per piece |
| Nigiri | 40–95 kcal per piece |
| Uramaki | 38–100 kcal per piece |
These are average estimates, not restaurant-specific values.
